This is a fire-powered heating system.

It produces real heat, open flame, and hot water.

It must be used responsibly, with awareness and common sense.

By purchasing or using any Sasquatch Hot Tubs product, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved.



2. Use at Your Own Risk

All products are used at your own risk.

Sasquatch Hot Tubs is not liable for:

  • Injury or burns

  • Property damage

  • Improper installation or use

  • Negligence or misuse


You are responsible for safe operation at all times.




3. Fire & Heat Risks

This system involves:

  • Open fire

  • Extremely hot metal surfaces

  • Rapidly heating water


Contact with heated components can cause burns.

Improper setup or operation can result in fire hazards.

Always maintain a safe setup area and monitor the system while in use.




4. Outdoor Use & Ventilation

This system is designed for outdoor use only.

Do not operate in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas.

Failure to use proper ventilation can result in smoke exposure or carbon monoxide buildup.




5. Temperature & Health Warning

Water temperatures above 104°F (40°C) can be dangerous.

Overexposure to hot water may cause:

  • Dizziness

  • Dehydration

  • Heat-related illness

Use caution and monitor water temperature at all times.

If you have medical conditions (including heart conditions, pregnancy, or sensitivity to heat), consult a healthcare professional before use.




6. Installation Responsibility

These systems are DIY-compatible and require proper setup.

You are responsible for:

  • Installation

  • Hose connections

  • Safe positioning of the fire and coil

  • Ongoing monitoring

Improper setup can result in unsafe operation.



7. Supervision Required

Never leave the system unattended while a fire is active.

Keep children and pets at a safe distance at all times.



8. No Guarantees of Outcome

Performance depends on:

  • Fire intensity

  • Setup

  • Water volume

  • Environmental conditions

By purchasing and using this system, you agree that Sasquatch Hot Tubs is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from use of the product.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
